Corona has slowed down conferences and events, which is sad to see because we know how effective bringing students together is for morale, inspiration and up-skilling.
BUT it doesn’t mean that training and connection with your students needs to stop. Consider channeling the budget you’re saving from cancelled live events into engagement and development projects so you don’t lose either engagement or development.
Bonus
If you look at innovative ways to engage, you’ll also benefit from creating collateral and assets you can reuse and gain greater impact with more students over many years.

By far the most engaging webinar I’ve attended in the last year
Really enjoyed her presentation. Anis has a great energy as a presenter, fab stories to help people relate her advice to potential real-life situations. It was by far the most engaging webinar I’ve attended in the last year with lots of other attendees commenting in the chat feature of how much they were enjoying it throughout.Anis was great at encouraging those attending the presentation to get involved in an organic way, which also made the content more memorable. She gave really useful tips on how to manage work relationships and ensure team working goals stay aligned. I left the presentation feeling really positive and well informed on how I can implement her advice into both day to day life as well as my working relationships.
I would really recommend Anis to companies or managers looking for someone motivational and inspiring to talk to their teams. Even through Zoom Anis captured people’s attention (which can be very hard to do) so I would also recommend her regardless of if it was a virtual or in person presentation.

Thank goodness for the power of the internet during these difficult times as it brought us Anis! She delivered highly engaging and entertaining webinars for us on a number of topics and I can’t recommend her enough. She really sets a high standard of what a webinar speaker should be. Those who attended previous ones have signed up for Anis’ future ones as they found her to be engaging and really enjoyed it. Even the audience members who work in sales found her webinars packed full of helpful and new information that they can incorporate into their role. Even as an event manager myself, I have learned new information to help me market our events from Anis. Anis was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a virtual event speaker.

Since [attending your virtual talk] I have practiced meditation every day and it’s proven not only to keep me focussed and upbeat while being kinder to myself but I am all the more enjoying the simple pleasures of life and it is these small things which are in fact the big things. With all of this happening, I have naturally begun to eat more healthily, take regular exercise and drink less alcohol. I have even started to read a book which I hadn’t done in so long as my mind was too full and unable to focus. Absolutely [recommend] your virtual session, it’s had a significantly positive impact on my well-being.
